ABS-CBN’s newest Primetime Bida teleserye “Juan dela Cruz” quickly
captured the hearts of primetime TV viewers as its pilot episode reigned
as the most watched TV program in the country last Monday (February 4).
From the data from Kantar Media, the superhero action-drama series
topbilled by Teleserye Prince Coco Martin garnered 36.5% national TV
ratings, or 20 points higher than its rival program in GMA “Indio” which
only got 16.5%. With the death of his mother Amelia (Mylene Dizon), how
will Juan (Coco) be able to face the two contradicting responsibilities
that he is destined to take? Completing the powerhouse cast of “Juan
dela Cruz” are Albert Martinez, ZsaZsa Padilla, Erich Gonzales, Joel
Torre, Gina Pareño, Lotlot de Leon, William Lorenzo, Lilia Cuntapay,
Neil Coleta, Arron Villaflor, John Medina, Louise Abuel, MC, at Eddie
Garcia; with the special participation of Jaime Fabregas; and child
wonders Izzy Canillo and Alyanna Angeles. It is under the direction of
